Office 2013 or 2016 installation rollback problem with error 1935.

Symptom : Getting error 1935 and installation rollbacks.


Solution 1: Rename below mention windows registry  key

                   "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\AppModel"
                      
                                                to 

                   "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\AppModelOld"

Solution 2:  Run  "NetFxRepairTool" available in Microsoft website.
